Mr. Williams was an immaculate spoken sales professional! We were able to purchase a vehicle without coming to the dealership except to sign paperwork due to my health. Mr. Williams brought the vehicle to our home for the test drive and demonstration. He selected the perfect vehicle for our needs to demo to us. All negotiations were handled on the phone. Once we agreed to make the purchase, we arrived to the dealership to be dazzled by the greeting of the staff. Completing the paperwork was less than 30 mins to complete and take delivery of our new car. All the staff were more than superior in their service and knowledgeable of the transaction. Buying from Mr. Williams and Tulsa Hyundai was an optimum experience that was very astute to our needs. This experience was the most uncomplicated pragmatic venture for a large purchase. Best experience at a Hyundai dealer. After attempting to purchase a deal at another local dealership, which did not happen, I went to Tulsa Hyundai and had a wonderful buying experience. I would not return to buy a car. I found the car I wanted online. I went to the dealership and met my salesman, Oscar Reyes. Oscar was great and brought around an Elantra for me to I found the car I wanted online. I went to the dealership and met my salesman, Oscar Reyes. Oscar was great and brought around an Elantra for me to test drive. I liked the car. I returned the next day with my mother to actually purchase a car and once again, worked with Oscar. Again, he was friendly and easy to work with but did not ask the essential questions such as what I was looking to spend total. He did ask about what I wanted my monthly payments to be. I honestly have no issues with Oscar and would work with him again, but that is where the positive experience ends. Sadly, I do not remember the name of the finance manager we worked with. We went to the bank prior to going to the dealership and were pre-approved for a loan that afternoon. We explained this at the dealership and they still worked to finance the car through the dealership even though they couldn't get a better rate than my bank. Since we were approved so close the end of business for the bank, it was not in the system and when the dealership couldn't find it, we were basically called liars without using the actual word. The car I picked out was advertised online for $18,888 but the price I was offered was closer to $19,200 with a trade. I was also only offered $800 for my trade. I would rather give my car away than take that amount on a trade. I realize it was a 10 year old car with some issues but they acted like they would be fixing everything and holding on to it until they could sell it. Bull, they would end up taking it to auction! In the end, it all worked out as I went to a different dealer and was able to get a better deal on a better car for my family. More
