Friendly but Clueless Staff friendly but our rep was clueless on the features and did not attempt to find a rep that did. I did not receive a quality detail cleaning nor a full tank of gas for this expensive purchase I made. I did not receive any information what so ever on a tutorial of the features as well. More

Awful DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Absolute garbage. We bought a vehicle there. My 2nd one from this dealership. We put down a $1500 deposit and were appro DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Absolute garbage. We bought a vehicle there. My 2nd one from this dealership. We put down a $1500 deposit and were approved and drove the car home. We told them we were moving and my husband was switching jobs before we even bought it. A MONTH later we got a call stating the deal didnt go through because we moved and they couldnt verify the employment on the app. (Keep in mind i moved 2 weeks after we got the car and everything). We never were able to get a tag or make a payment and they took it back 3 days before the tag was due. I have bought 4 cars from dealerships. 3 of them brand new, and ive never had this happen. Now after having our credit run repeatedly and moving across the xxxx state, we have no car. More
Disappointed customer Unprofessional and unorganized. Had to correct the spelling of our names several times. Did not run my credit because they kept spelling my name wrong( even with a copy of my drivers license) almost thirty days since my purchase and cannot tag my vehicle because I have not received my title information due to spelling mistakes.
