Good attentive service The service technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. They tracked down my problem and got it fixed. I did however have trouble getting a loaner car and finally used their shuttle service to get to work and arranged a ride to pickup the car. I have a Genesis and I have not tried the included concierge service. More
