Scheduling was easy, service done on time, and right I had a low tire sensor light come on so I headed to the service center without an appointment. As I described the problem they were able to do a quic I had a low tire sensor light come on so I headed to the service center without an appointment. As I described the problem they were able to do a quick check and identify a sidewall issue which could have been serious. They needed to order a replacement tire but put on my spare and scheduled me for a couple of days later to get my tire replaced. Stacy in service was very nice and the sales rep I have been working with, Haily, was also helpful in making sure everything was done right. More

I like going there because they had the history of my car and and they took time was spent with me to review all areas of the car, I felt cared for as if it was my father caring for my car like he used it. This time around, I felt like I should have just taken my car to Walmart as their customer service would have been better and it would have been more affordable. The individual that took in my car, was short with me, rude to other employees and seemed annoyed with having to work that day. Did not follow the welcoming protocol and review of car and information with me like others had in the past, it certainly made my experience one that I will likely not return to this service center again. I recently stopped by Tulsa Hyundai to a purchase a vehicle after being away out the country working with military for the last 5years . I’m a retired veteran now and I must say i received outstanding vehicle after being away out the country working with military for the last 5years .
