It was a pleasure to work with Joe and Stacy, getting my car taken care of on a Saturday. The oil change, tire rotation, detailing and loaner car all worked out beautifully. The service department went 2 weeks without contacting and I contacted them it took 2 days. Asked to speak to Service Manager and he never called me back. 2020 Santa Fe that had a back seat that rattl and I contacted them it took 2 days.
