Worked hard to get my car fixed Woke up on a Saturday morning and the car won't start. I was able to call and get an appointment. The technician found the problem with the fuel pump. Woke up on a Saturday morning and the car won't start. I was able to call and get an appointment. The technician found the problem with the fuel pump. They located a pump and installed it before closing. During the process they did get me updated and communicated the various options. Overall, I felt they did their best to care for what I needed. Good attentive service The service technician was knowledgeable and very helpful. They tracked down my problem and got it fixed. I did however have trouble getting a loaner car and finally used their shuttle service to get to work and arranged a ride to pickup the car. I have a Genesis and I have not tried the included concierge service. More
