Sales experience was great! Jacob did a great job and did not apply high pressure on the deal. I did receive information from Dee Brock that my credit report would only have one hard hit related to requesting a competitive bid on the financing but I had three hits on my credit report and it lowered my score. I have since emailed him requesting that he send a letter of deletion to the credit bureau and not heard anything back. If he would take care of this I would be very satisfied. I am pleased with the vehicle. More

Purchase 2015 Santa Fe We had received a VIP invitation to the dealership. We had never been to the dealership before or knew anyone who worked there. A person who informed they were from the finance department informed that they had a buyer for our 2011 Hyundai Sonata and would probably be able to pay a higher price for our vehicle if we would like to stop by. We went to explore and decided to keep the Sonata and traded in our Lexus for the Santa Fe. With the helpful financing as well as the professional & personable staff, it made our experience a pleasant one. More
