Service writer Michael was awesome! When I wanted to make my service appointment, the person who answered the phone couldn't find my information in the system and didn't offer any kind of solution. I called back about an hour later and spoke with the same person who finally located my information on their system. There was no apology for her error; I must have repeatedly spelled my name 3 times. Unfortunately, on my scheduled visit, the service adviser over charged me. I asked him to look up my warranty again. I gave him my insurance number to call because he said my service was not covered. He called the updated number and this time updated my service information. More
