I was blown off and argued with I had a heat shield rattling and the service man tried to ignore it, saying it was a pop bottle. I was told to come in at 730 for my service appt but I had a heat shield rattling and the service man tried to ignore it, saying it was a pop bottle. I was told to come in at 730 for my service appt but the tint guy doesn't show up until noon. As I waited I overheard salesmen brag about how they screwed other customers. This car will be my first and last Hyundai and I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Tyler is the one that tried to tell me nothing is wrong. Not listed is Michael Abbedut that argued with me and told me it was a soda bottle and when I showed him how loose the heat shield was left me standing in the bay. FALSIFYING INFORMATION - IS FRAUD- AVOID TULSA HYUNDAI I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! When I went in to look at vehicles with my kids and mom so I must have looked like an easy ta I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!!! When I went in to look at vehicles with my kids and mom so I must have looked like an easy target.. I explained my needs and everything seemed fine. They showed me a couple options, one of which being a Palisade that I fell in love with! The problem was the price tag. I explained to them up front that I make $2500/month .The salesman and finance manager talked up the vehicle and I agreed to buy it. Once reality set in and I realized I had signed up for a $780 payment I realized my mistake. But it got worse after that. The dealership asked me to resign some papers because they had to switch finance companies. They had me sign a blank credit app because they “already had all my information” and refused to tell me what the new finance company was. When I finally got the bank they used to send me the application they sent in, they put down $4700/month for my income to just it looked like I made enough money to afford the payment they jammed me into!! I’ve called the bank and the dealership and the dealership says it’s a legal contract and I have to make the payments or it will be a repo, even though they obviously know I can’t afford them since they had to lie about how much I make just to get me financed for the vehicle and $7000 IN ADD-ONS they added to the price. Now I’m forced to take time off to try and make this situation right again by calling the bank and the dealership and neither one wants to help. AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! More
