Bad service experience The 3rd time I took car in for same issue they finally decided they should perform more tests & they kept car for over a week. However, service rep provided no updates during this time. He also made a comment that would never have been made to my husband. It won't do any good to leave a message for the Service Manager, he won't return your call. The last experience was so bad that after buying 3 cars from this dealership, it will be my last. More

Great deals on Hyundai cars BUT long waits to buy a car! Some details I wasn't crazy about was the hours and hours of waiting despite the fact that we had our own financing. Tulsa Hyundai also placed a hard Some details I wasn't crazy about was the hours and hours of waiting despite the fact that we had our own financing. Tulsa Hyundai also placed a hard hit on my credit reports for all 3 agencies. There was no reason to do that since again I DID NOT finance the new car through their dealership. I also didn't like the fact that the purchase order had the wrong amounts listed and they called me back to sign a new purchase order. This is not a professional way to conduct business. I would not recommend anyone go through their finance office. Even the wait for the finance person was extremely long. We repeatedly told the salesman, Steve that we needed to go home to take care of our dogs. Our dogs were locked up for more than 8 hours. We did not like the way this dealership conducted their business by ignoring their customers wishes!! If they continue to ignore their customer's wishes, they WILL lose future business! More
