The staff took extra efforts to find a car for me and get it delivered. I require hand controls and the dealership took the extra effort to drive the car to the adaptive equipment location. Also, I was treated fairly in regards to the trade-in vehicle. It's part of the industry's game now, but all the extra services and insurance offerings during finance talks just annoy me. All auto dealerships have up-selling offerings these days though. More
