With the dealership and other rebates, I couldn't refuse to buy from this dealership though I bought my four previous Hyundai's from another dealership. John was especially knowledgeable and cordial (and he put up with my kidding). He did go out of his way and called me several times to check up on my new vehicle and if there was anything else he could help me with. Definitely enjoyable experience. At times she seemed unengaged or frustrated with my questions and could have used some help. She yawned quite a bit and did not say excuse me. At the end, when it was time to go over the features while sitting in the car, instead of showing me how things worked, she said " do you have any questions" I didn't know what to ask because I wasn't familiar with the features.
