Disorganized Car Dealership We purchased a used car for cash. We thought it would've been a simple transaction because it should have been. Please understand that the people work We purchased a used car for cash. We thought it would've been a simple transaction because it should have been. Please understand that the people working here had a good attitude but seemed to lack proper training in certain areas. the salesman was great, but the problems started with the paperwork. The dealer, like many, charged a $499 fee for document processing. We handed over a nice round figure of cash only to be told that they could not make change. What? So the price of the car had to go up by one dollar in order to spare them having to get change. Weird right? Fine. We gave up the dollar and paid the additional $499 thinking the documents will be in good hands and drove off the lot. A few days later an email comes in saying we need to go back down to the dealership and sign a document THEY forgot about. It was the odometer disclosure. No big deal, honest mistake. Document signed and on our way (so we thought). About a week later we get another email. This time it was for an incorrect VIN on the buyers order. I examined the buyers order and was confused because the VIN was correct. Correspondence and phones calls followed over multiple days. Finally, received documents almost 20 days after driving off the lot. When being charged almost $500 for document processing only to be called multiple times to use my time to redo paperwork that should have been correct in the first place, does not make the dealership look very competent. Again, the people who I dealt with where nice, they just didn't seem to have all the ducks in a row to justify such an expensive document fee. More

Both really seemed to listen to what I wanted out of a car and helped get me set up. Tom in the finance office was fast and friendly, and all the staff were great with my daughter. In all, a positive experience with Tulsa Hyundai. More
