Will met us in the lot and asked how he could help us and I described the vehicle I saw online. He went to the back and brought up the exact car that I had picked out online and we took it on a test drive. I looked at a few others, but none met my criteria like the one I bought. While he was getting the car, several other salesmen checked on us to be sure we didn't need anything while we waited. Not pushy, just helpful and that goes a long way with me. We were not persuaded or pushed to buy the car - it fit my criteria and we had done our homework and knew what we would be willing to pay and did not want to play the haggling games - excellent experience for sure.
