AMAZING ad always! I have been going to see Scott for the 3 yrs I have been in Tulsa and I would never dream of going anywhere else. Oil Change and an unsheduled repair I took my car in for a regular interval maintenance and only needed an oil change. However I did have an issue with the electric seat adjustment on t I took my car in for a regular interval maintenance and only needed an oil change. However I did have an issue with the electric seat adjustment on the drivers seat that controlled the height adjustment and asked if that could be repaired. I was told that because I had only scheduled an oil change they might not be able to get to that repair on that day but if I could leave my car with them for a few hours they would try. This appointment was on a Saturday by the way. Not only did they get my oil change done, they also got my seat issue diagnosed and repaired and the repair turned out to be covered as a warranty repair even though I was told my car may no longer be under the bumper to bumper coverage. I approved the repair even though it I expected to pay for it and was very pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car and found the repair completed with no bill!! My experience with Tulsa Hyundai's service facility has been the best I have had at a dealership and I feel I can trust them to do the right thing without selling me unnecessary work. More

Overall pleasant experience I made a Saturday appointment and arrived a little early. Mr. Hatton checked me in and noted everything I needed checked and/or repaired. He gave me a time estimate and was pretty accurate about that. Enjoyed the TV room and snack machines. Everything went smoothly at checkout time and he gave me some good information about what might need to be replaced soon. The car was clean and running great when I drove out! More
Nice upgrade from previous car and not too bad of price I was in a car accident so was in need of a vehicle, came here for a vehicle somewhat similar to what was driving previously. Found a nice Tucson model, inside and outside look awesome. All the widgets and things like alerts for cars near, or rear view camera for reverse are very helpful. Great sound system. More
Superb Experience, Honest and Fair Deal Just got in the market for a new vehicle to replace my previous that was totaled in an accident. Done fair amount of car purchases in my time and all I have to say is that dealing with the folks at Tulsa Hyundai tops them all. Negotiating the deal was painless and I got a fair price for the vehicle with no pressure to add additional items that I was not interested in buying. The finance department was able to find me a better loan than the one I was offered by my own bank with better terms and lower interest rate. To top it off the delivery and orientation provided Corey Fabian our sales consultant was outstanding. This is our second Hyundai vehicle, the first one purchased here and I will gladly come back to Tulsa Hyundai when is time to upgrade. Thanks. More
