"No Special/Yes Special" My car was due for an oil change. I called your Service Dept. and asked if they had any oil change special prices and was told, "No". My husband cal My car was due for an oil change. I called your Service Dept. and asked if they had any oil change special prices and was told, "No". My husband calls back 20 minutes later and yes, they could find some kind of a discount, so that's when we made and appointment. My Sonata service records AT your dealership go back to 2010 when it was Don Carlton's Hyundai of Tulsa. Strange way to treat a regular customer. More

Poor transparency and didn't honor agreements The dealership didn't apply the promised dealer discount and added on almost $8k worth of warranties and premiums without asking or properly explainin The dealership didn't apply the promised dealer discount and added on almost $8k worth of warranties and premiums without asking or properly explaining that they were optional. Half the paperwork that was given to us was missing, unsurprisingly the sections that explained the warranties and how to cancel them. We attempted to contact the dealership the same day in regard to the discrepancies but there has been no follow up on their end and we've been trying to fix this for a week. We live 2+ hours away and can't just drive to see them and only really got to look at the paperwork once we were home. At no point in the process were actual prices discussed and no itemized list was shown. They just gave three options for monthly car payments and that was it. When asked for an itemized list, replies where "it's standard stuff", "it's in the packet", etc. The packet was sealed in an envelope and we were never given the papers to look at before it was sealed. Multiple attempts to recontact them were unsuccessful, like getting put on hold for over an hour before the call was disconnected, unanswered texts, and emails promising next-day contact that never happened. The car is really nice and the salesman was good, but everything went downhill after entering the financing office. More

I love working with Scott Monroe at the Hyundai dealer because he let's me know what he thinks I need, but accepts my decisions as to whether I want to do some of the recommended things myself, or to have his shop do them. I could have used it this last July while traveling but I didn't know. Cuddos to Greg. That's the reason I'm writing this review. He told me things I did not know that would have made my life easier. Overall Hyundai has been good to me. I also want to praise the kid that sold me my Santa Fa. He was about 20yrs old and he was low pressure and delightful. I don't remember his name. 5 stars to him.
