I'm several hours away from the dealership and wanted to be very sure this was the vehicle for me before making the drive. Kendall went over the car with a fine-tooth comb and described things I'm not even sure I would have noticed in order to be fully transparent. He answered every question completely and honestly and made the entire process such a breeze. I was absolutely delighted with the car when I arrived and am still super excited. 3 paper tags Traded in my daughters car which wasn't bad. The financing part is a joke. Bought the car on the 4th of May and still haven't gotten the paperwork fin Traded in my daughters car which wasn't bad. The financing part is a joke. Bought the car on the 4th of May and still haven't gotten the paperwork finished! The dealership has had to give us 2 additional paper tags. I've never had the process take SO long, 2 months is a little rediculous. I'm sure we're going to have late fees when we go to get our tag and sure hope that they cover that added expense seeing as how it's taken so long at no fault of our own. Side note this is not the 1st car we've bought there and had the same slow financing in that experience as well. Unbelievable More
