She did an outstanding job of listening to what I wanted in a car and took me on many test drives. She was fun to work with and knowledgeable about the car and its features. The reason I rate this dealership a 4/5 is because the management there didn't initially offer me a fair trade-in value for my car; it was way below the kbb and nada average value for my car which was in good condition. It was also unpleasant to smell cigarette smoke from employees who were smoking outside near the cars. The waiting area for servicing the car is also below standard compared to many other dealerships. But as I said, my sales associate, Samantha, was fabulous and worked with me on every level to make me happy. More
Service left more work to be done Went in for an oil change and that was fine. Car was washed and vacuumed while there which was nice. They checked filters (engine and cabin) as part of the routine maintenance. After we received the car back there was a loud vibration and humming noise coming from the heat/air fan. I called to get the car looked at again and left a message. My phone call has not been returned 4 days later (granted, that includes a weekend). I finally took apart the glove box and cabin air filter and fished out a bunch of leaves that had been let in when the filter was pulled out at the dealership. That solved my problem. This is not a huge deal, but I don't expect to do more work on my own when I get my car back. The noise was new and very noticeable, so it made me feel like there was no check after service was complete. I also would appreciate a call back when I have an issue. More
