This was so frustrating! I took off work to get this recall work done. You had scheduled this work several days before I was to arrive. When I got there, YOU DIDN'T HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS!!! It's not like this was some strange repair Hyundai had never seen before. IT WAS A RECALL! Now, I must take off work AGAIN when the part comes in. EVEN WORSE: I was told that I'd be called if the part comes in "but if not, you call us to reschedule." ***I must keep track of calling YOU to redo YOUR error??? IS THE NEXT THING YOU ASK ME TO DO FIX THE RECALL REPAIR *MYSELF*??? Everybody was nice, but NICE doesn't pay me for missed work and NICE doesn't get my car fixed by professionals who know enough to have parts in stock when a repair is scheduled in advance. More
