My wife took in our Santa Fe Sport and it took over 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. Then they tried to charge her more than the service manager had texted me. We have been using Tulsa Hyundai for th hours for a scheduled oil change. Then they tried to charge her more than the service manager had texted me. We have been using Tulsa Hyundai for the oil changes because we had purchased a package we we bought the car brand new from them. They are now saying the package is no longer and that oil changes will be over $60. My wife was upset after sitting more than 2 hours for an oil change that she had a scheduled time for and then trying to charge more. We will not be returning to Tulsa Hyundai for service or when we trade in this Santa Fe. In fact not sure if we will buy another Hyundai because of our experiences with the service department. It has always taken over an hour to do a scheduled oil change, and we except this since it was part of the package we purchased. More

I am VERY disappointed in Tulsa Hyundai. When I made the appointment to get the mirror fixed I assumed that Tulsa Hyundai would ensure they had the correct mirror in stock BEFORE my appointment. I spent over $700 and almost 3 hours to get an oil change and a side mirror - which is still not fixed. You're charging me $436 for a $50 mirror?! Next week you'll actually fix the mirror AND charge me another $180 because you don't have it in the right color?!?! Cancel this order and refund my money! I will get the mirror fixed someplace else.
