The service that I received was alright. I had been there prior regarding a Blind side sensor on my passenger side and paid to get it fixed. This time I brought it back because it was no longer working. I wa prior regarding a Blind side sensor on my passenger side and paid to get it fixed. This time I brought it back because it was no longer working. I was told that I would be charged, which I thought should already be covered since this was suppose to have been fixed prior, and Stacey did check on that for me and got them to look at it for no charge. Then, I was told that the driver’s side sensor needed to be replaced and they showed me the damage, which I looked at, even though I have no idea what I am looking at so I believed them. Now, my insurance adjuster is requesting additional information from Stacy in order to get the left side approved and I have not seen her response (to the email my adjuster sent). I am not complaining but am simply wanting to get this taken care of. I have already spent 6 hours or so waiting and it still has not been resolved. I feel like maybe a test should have been performed or something to ensure that this is fixed before I leave the dealership. I also think that I should not have to pay for them to look it over for something that should have been fixed. More

I didn't plan on buying a new (2020) car. I was just there to get my air conditioner repaired. I knew I should have avoided the sales floor. Bottom line is that I traded my 2014 Santa Fe in for a 2020 there to get my air conditioner repaired. I knew I should have avoided the sales floor. I was very upset coming in the door because my cars engine was bad and I had just purchased it as is from a small dealer.
