Well, I was recommended 4 or 5 services which a few I’ve already done on my own, which means they didn’t visually check the fluids & I changed the NGK spark plugs about 3 months ago not to mention ($225) to already done on my own, which means they didn’t visually check the fluids & I changed the NGK spark plugs about 3 months ago not to mention ($225) to change a spark plug that takes less than 5 minutes WoW! Then when I scheduled the appointment it would of been nice to know that during the Test of the recall they would change the oil for free, because I change my own oil every 3months or 5000 miles with Royal Purple HMX 5w20 which is $50 which was a waste of money since y’all drained it & they put the OEM Plug back in and god only knows what they did with my ValvoMax Stainless Oil Drain Valve - No Tools, No Mess, Fast Drain - for M14-1.50 - Stainless Drain Hose Attachment. When I asked the service advisor he said yes they replaced it, well they didn’t ($44.99 + Tax). It would have been reassuring if I’d got the report from the Recall Test showing the results. More
I love the Genesis brand. As someone who has owned Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, I would say that the customer service experience is lacking at this time for Genesis still operating out of the Hyundai deale Porsche, Mercedes, BMW, I would say that the customer service experience is lacking at this time for Genesis still operating out of the Hyundai dealership. If Genesis wants to continue to move forward with their brand, I think they need to consider a more personalized and “Porsche” level of customer service from the time you walk in the door, through the purchase, and on through to the maintenance services offered. This location has earned my business! Scheduling was easy over the phone, and they got me in quickly and were flexible with my schedule. The people at the service center were VERY friendly and clear.
