Had a appointment for 1:30pm. it was 3:30 before we heard anything about what was wrong. Had to go ask to get that info. It supposedly was a wheel speed sensor. This is the best dealership to buy a vehicle. My sales rep Eddie Wilson was the greatest he really knows his product and knows how to treat a customer. I brought my car and my wife's car in for a routine service. I was not alerted when my car was finished, and never got a response back when I reached out to the dealer. This led to issues when I had to service. I was not alerted when my car was finished, and never got a response back when I reached out to the dealer. This led to issues when I had to take my child to school. One of the issues that I brought up regarding my wife's car was also ignored. There's no reason to go to the dealer for any maintenance. Better off going somewhere cheaper who will listen to your concerns. More

Worst experience ever. I took my car in because THEY kept calling about a recall in the fuel system. (I didn't call them because there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR.) They ran their "courtesy" diagnostic tes calling about a recall in the fuel system. (I didn't call them because there was NOTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR.) They ran their "courtesy" diagnostic test and of course found things that needed to be flushed and a belt that needed to be replaced. When I got my car back it wouldn't go over 30 and was chugging. I took it back to them and they ran another diagnostic test. This time there were all kinds of things wrong. The said the fuel pump and line were out on top of my a/c line leaking and a list of other things they said were going out. I had them fix the fuel pump and line (which were covered under warranty). When I got my car back two weeks later my a/c was making a loud hissing noise that wasn't there before. Now I have to take my car to another mechanic to fix that because I will NEVER take my car anywhere near this place again. It screams scam!!! Worst customer service ever. More

Great sales team! I enjoyed working with them! Finance (while kind) tried to overcharge me $2500. I found the error and they tried to convince me I was wrong but I persisted because math is math, and got (while kind) tried to overcharge me $2500. I still had a good experience and future buyers read your documents carefully and push them to show you the math and don’t let them convince you it is “interest”. More
