The dealership has been undergoing a remodel for what seems like a very long time with minimal progress. The actual customer service is good, but the waiting area in a trailer with no available restrooms seems like a very long time with minimal progress. The actual customer service is good, but the waiting area in a trailer with no available restrooms is not a great experience. Once my car was ready, it was parked so closely between other cars in the lot that I was afraid I’d hit something on the way out. Hopefully the construction will be completed soon. More

I understand the dealership making improvements and all the construction, but cramming 15-20 people in a small building is just not fair. It’s not comfortable at all. Especially for the people that have to the construction, but cramming 15-20 people in a small building is just not fair. It’s not comfortable at all. Especially for the people that have to wait there and can’t leave until their car is fixed. I have had maintenance on my car twice since they have had this out building and it’s just not comfortable. It’s also always packed and elbow to elbow with almost no seating. Kinda disappointing that they don’t have more than one building. Or better yet charter your people to something warmer. More
