Every time I have gone in for service it was been absolute chaos and a disconnect between the service department and the customer. This past experience, the lady helping me was very nice and was dete absolute chaos and a disconnect between the service department and the customer. This past experience, the lady helping me was very nice and was determined to find my part. The person who usually is my contact was not there (Megan) and the lady helping me had no idea where the part was for my window. Not sure all the details, but there was no communication from nick and Megan to who was working that day on where my part was. The lady had to look for a good 15 minutes while I was just standing there. I made my appointment, Hyundai knew I was coming, yet there ALWAYS is a disconnect and very poor communication. I dread having to come in for service on my car. The lady who helped me was very nice, and the people who make appointments are very nice, but service and parts are clearly lacking and it is obvious management does not care. I’ll never buy from here again and will never recommend anyone. The time before this I had to leave my car because Hyundai system was down. They said they had no idea when my car could be fixed where I could drive it. I asked for a loaner car and was told there were zero available. Keep in mind, this was the day before our big snow storm. How are they going to tell me they have NO loaner cars?! My husband ended up driving 45 minutes to pick me up and as soon as he came in, very frustrated I was not given a loaner car, they all of a sudden had one. Goes to show car dealerships only listen to men, which is just the world we live in. They have never taken me seriously, and I was even asked on the phone by a service/parts employee if “I was sure that this had not already been fixed?” Hyundai is very unprofessional and does not care about their customers once they have sold them their car. That’s when the caring stops. More
Wow, where to start. Haily was nothing short of freaking amazing! I found the car I wanted ,and I wanted it bad. I honestly didn't think they would be able to make anything happen. Imagine my surprise when the same day she reaches out to tell me I got approved and for a far better payment and interest rate than I was expecting. I was literally blown away! I feel like I'm living in the lap of luxury in my 21 sonata Hybrid. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS CAR. And it would not have been possible with out Haily's hard work. I am not an easy buyer to deal with and they made this process so so smooth. I usually have buyers remorse and hate the process of buying a car. I can with utmost certainty say that I will never buy from anyone else! If she changes dealerships in the future I'll buy from wherever she is. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to ANYONE looking to purchase their next vehicle. She is very low pressure and super informative. THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
