Made an appointment for an oil change. Arrived on time and we were told we needed a transmission flush, so we said alright. We needed a ride to costco (less than a mile away) but it took several phone cal and we were told we needed a transmission flush, so we said alright. We needed a ride to costco (less than a mile away) but it took several phone calls and 35 minutes before we could confirm someone was going to pick us up. We also had to wait almost twice as long for our car to be ready than when we checked-in. The car smelled of oil inside for three days after and someone had placed some sort of a piece of plastic under one of the windshield wipers that came flying off several days later going 75 mph on the freeway, thankfully it did not hit anyone. Stacy in service was very good, but other people did not seem to take ownership of doing a good job. Overall we paid over $400 for oil and transmission flush. Also we were told the car would be washed and the carpets vacuumed, the car was washed but nothing done to the inside. I did not say anything at the time because we would have been late for our next appointment of the day. More
It was great service. Greg was very friendly. He told me with the millage I probably needed a tire rotation so I agreed to that. Come to find out, it did not need one so they didn't do it. I appreciate not adding an unnecessary cost to my bill. Lady at the service desk seemed a little confused when I asked about the bill being half what I had been quoted. A service tech overhead us and looked at the paperwork and said it was because I didn't need the tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and the waiting area was very comfortable. More

This experience was my second time my advisor forgot about me in the waiting room. Then I was told of issues my car needs changed that are inaccurate/already been fixed, like my brake pads needing repla about me in the waiting room. Then I was told of issues my car needs changed that are inaccurate/already been fixed, like my brake pads needing replaced when they look fine and we’re already replaced the previous year. My sales rep had to ask me if they were advising me, after two hours of my waiting and me staring them down after clients before and after me left. When I asked why it took so long to diagnose my car, they said it takes about an hour and a half. But when he asked if he was the one advising me, this was well over 2 hours of me waiting. Ended up waiting for another hour so they could start working on what needed to be fixed and still seems way overpriced. Never going back. More
Worst finance department I have ever dealt with. 1st signed paperwork the end of May and Had to resign paperwork 3 times, because I still have not received my title, payoff on my trade in, and the finan signed paperwork the end of May and Had to resign paperwork 3 times, because I still have not received my title, payoff on my trade in, and the financial institution has not received my paperwork from the dealership. NO COMMUNICATION AND SNOWBALLED EVERYTIME I CALL FOR UPDATES. Then the finance Manager ran my credit without my approval on the 3rd time having to resign paperwork. I was told that he had every right to do it without my approval up to 90 days, when the original credit application does not say that in the fine print! More

The sales person did a good job but he told me he would only be making $100 on the sale of the Tucson. I have a hard time believing that.
