I brought my car for a recall repair and a warranty check. Recall repair was completed. The warranty issue was not looked at. The car was also leaking oil after a recent oil change (not done at this check. Recall repair was completed. The warranty issue was not looked at. The car was also leaking oil after a recent oil change (not done at this service center). The service team told me the way to fix it would be with a new oil change because the other service center “messed up the oil change”, to me unprofessional. Had the oil change done and received a text with $1000 more “suggested” services. I did half. Nearly $500 later. Found out it was a recalled filter. My original service center reimbursed the cost of the oil change, and also pointed out that I was charged for additives, and the services done and suggested were nearly twice as much at Tulsa Hyundai. Ok, I know what you are thinking, it’s the dealership. I’ll also mention the car is recommended for synthetic oil and with the additive should have put the next oil change between 5000-7000 miles. My return sticker showed 3000. I do not know a newer car that has a suggested oil change at 3000 miles. I’m not done yet. I called the Service Manager to discuss these issues almost a week ago. I’ve yet to receive a phone call. I will probably find a different dealership even for recall and warranty work. Sorry Tulsa Hyundai to say this experience was poor was an understatement. More
