Everyone was so friendly there. I had a recall on my trunk latch, they thought it was fixed but when I got home he did not work. They offered to come out and have somebody take my car which I live about trunk latch, they thought it was fixed but when I got home he did not work. They offered to come out and have somebody take my car which I live about 35 to 45 minutes away, they picked my car up fix the problem and brought it back to me. Very professional and exceeded my customer service expectations. More

Wonderful service! Locals couldn’t find anything wrong with our car even tho we smelled gas and had mysterious noises. They were able to pinpoint the exact things, sent us a description of what needed to with our car even tho we smelled gas and had mysterious noises. Even tho parts were on back order our car was done quickly and was even lower in costs than the estimate! And communication was fantastic! Well worth the. 2 hour drive!!! More

Terrible. To make a long, very frustrating story short...we drove 3.5 hours hoping to purchase a particular car our almost 16 yr old son found on their website. Husband was in frequent contact with short...we drove 3.5 hours hoping to purchase a particular car our almost 16 yr old son found on their website. Husband was in frequent contact with dealership staff to assure it was still available, and they even called to make sure we were still coming as we were on our way: Got to the dealership to be told that the car had already been picked up by auction service.
