I had a fantastic car buying experience today with Ben Brown. I was under extremely tight time constraints when I arrived at the dealership, and Ben made sure the entire process from the test drive, to ag Brown. I recently had my BMW serviced at Tulley BMW in Nashua for the first time. It was a Saturday when the dealership is running on a skeleton crew but you would never know. Scheduled afternoon meeting to look at two used vehicles. Dealer prepped both vehicles and Gloria went over each vehicle with energy and patience. Gloria and Matt did the paperwork and soon I was driving off in my first BMW. Our sales person, Gloria Prosper was so sweet, and fun, to work with. Her smile is infectious and puts you at ease. You want to purchase a car from her! Seth made the financial end of things quick and painless, and Zack, the BMW genius, was funny and knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to use all of the fun options. Everyone of them spoke so highly about their company. You could tell how much they loved their jobs. I highly reccomend!!!! Thank you all for making my first BMW purchase, enjoyable! More

I am currently staying in Boston and working on relocating and establishing my business in NH. I found a CPO BMW X340i at Tulley BMW in Nashua and contacted them by email requesting follow up b relocating and establishing my business in NH. I found a CPO BMW X340i at Tulley BMW in Nashua and contacted them by email requesting follow up by email. I immediately received several phone calls from them but no emails I went up there to buy it on February 24, 2022. The sales guy Matt Ryan was a nice enough but was clearly new. The sales manager – Corbin Tulley had the slick used car salesman vibe which doesn’t align with me. He made it clear he is the top dealer in new England and undercuts everyone else and tried to convince me I was getting the deal of a lifetime which ultimately proved to be a fabricated alternative fact. Nevertheless I paid $10,000 on my card and began the paperwork to finance the rest. It was late in the day and someone at the dealership informed me that in NH a dealer is unable to register a car and therefore I must do it myself. No one at the dealership could tell me exactly what would be required to register under my business so I asked to stop the transaction so I could head over to the town hall to collect the requisite information. They continued pushing me to just buy the vehicle and deal with registration later which was not an option for me as I like to have all of my information upfront. Finally they capitulated and agreed to refund so I signed the refund documents. It was meant to snow the following day and they insisted I would need to return to sign the paperwork as it cannot be done remotely. There was confusion around my multiple business addresses around the country and the finance guy was unable to explain to me exactly what was needed on the application. I had asked them to look around the region for other X3M40is and they insisted they had and there were none suitable. The next day I was frustrated with all of the confusion around the loan application and perturbed that the refund I had signed for had not been issued. I messaged Matt and said I was tired of the BS and would just pay cash and requested wire instructions. I received the following reply: You know what, we’re going to refund your 10k down payment, there is no point at this time to sell a car to somebody that does not want to follow our rightful business practice. Thank you for your time. I had a look myself and I found the same year make and model with half the miles and the two features lacking in the previous one – active cruise control and upgraded stereo for the same price! I contacted that dealer and they proved to be a pleasure to work with. The paperwork was all handled very quickly and via fedex which Tulley told me they could not do. They informed me they could register it for me via a service in NH which Tulley said was not possible. Finally they offered to allow me to leave it on their lot for a month while I am traveling. I could not have been happier with this dealer and this find and will be a client for life with them It is now March 2nd and Tulley still has not issued the refund. This dealer not only blatantly lies but apparently believes they can steal money. I had to initiate a chargebacks with the two cards (Tulley would only allow me to put $5K on a single card) Beware of this dealer and their sketchy business practices. More
Best BMW dealership in the New England area! I was in the market looking for a M3 Competition back in November and after going to a bunch of dealerships in Massachusetts who were charging absur I was in the market looking for a M3 Competition back in November and after going to a bunch of dealerships in Massachusetts who were charging absurd markups even on cars that had to be factory ordered, I was greeted by Gloria Prosper who was my sales representative at Tully’s. I enter and the first question I asked was, how much markup over MSRP are you guys charging? To which Gloria replied … we do not believe in such practices and would love to offer you one at MSRP and any rebates BMW might have at the time of delivery. That statement itself convinced me that this is who I would like to give my business to. So I place my order after giving my initial deposit and I was in on the December allocation. Fast forward to last week, my M3 was ready for pickup. In between December and last week, I was provided timely updates on the status of my car which made the wait somewhat bearable. Next, you know how talking about money is one of the worst parts about buying a car, the finance guys here at Tully’s were equally excellent and didn’t try to pressure and upsell me on any unnecessary packages and based on how I plan on using my car only recommended I get the tire and alloy protection (which wasn’t that expensive compared to the price of the car) just because how bad the roads in Massachusetts are. Finally, even though BMW financial services upped their interest rate, they even honored the 1.9% rate of interest which was offered by BMW back in December. In short 10/10 would recommend Gloria and the other folks over at Tully’s for such an amazing purchase experience. More
