I have several complaints about this dealership. They have made buying my first (and second) BMW a painful experience. #1 the first BMW (certified pre-owned 2018 x5) I purchased at the end of March They have made buying my first (and second) BMW a painful experience. #1 the first BMW (certified pre-owned 2018 x5) I purchased at the end of March had some serious wandering issues on the highway within my first week of owning it. I called service and expressed my concerns. The car was wandering into other lanes at 60+ mph. There were no lights or other messages indicating a known issue. I was afraid to put my small children in the car. I was also white knuckling it down route 3 every day to work. I brought the car in a total of 3 times to be evaluated. One time they replaced the rear brakes; did not have anything to do with my complaint. The other times, they kept my car for several days and did not do anything. My car was not even in my driveway when I made my first payment. It was at Tulley, being “serviced.” The issue did not go away, it seemed to be getting worse. I was not pleased at paying 45k for a car I did not feel safe in. I was told that this was just a characteristic of the car and that I need to use both hands on the highway. #2 A month later, on May 14th I had given up trying to get them to fix the car, didn’t feel safe, went back to Tulley and traded it in for a brand new 2022 x5. At this point, I lost a couple thousand dollars on a car I had only owned for a month. I just wanted to be rid of it and have something reliable to drive my kids in and get to work safely. I did not want to play the used car game again. We financed through a credit union, everything seemed to go smoothly, we traded in the older BMW (which went right back up for sale), we left them a nice review and left thinking we were done. No. Tulley never paid off the BMW we traded in, which by the way is up for sale on their website. I got a call from my bank 2 weeks later saying they never received the payment from Tulley. I immediately called Tulley and spoke to finance and got a runaround story of how they sent the payoff check in the mail but it never made it to the bank. So they voided it and sent a new one. Why was this not paid immediately? Why are they sending checks? They assured me that a new check was in the mail. That was over a week ago. My bank has called me servers times this week to let me know that have not received anything. Meanwhile, my credit score has dropped. Having 2 loans out for 2 BMWs has negatively affected my credit score. My husband and I have both left them messages and have not received any resolution to this day. My experience at this dealership has been a nightmare. More

I've been a customer of Tulley for 11 years, but my latest experience has been a disaster. Tully insisted on a $5k non-refundable deposit to order a new car. I had a horrible experience with Val the general manager he was rude. I told him I have bought several vehicles from the tully group and he argued with me that I didn't and when I raised my voice and was up he was rude. I told him I have bought several vehicles from the tully group and he argued with me that I didn't and when I raised my voice and was upset he looked into it and then he apologized after he was already rude and upset me he treated me like a second class citizen and I was upset I'm a 60-year-old man that has worked my whole life and all I want is a little respect and he gave me none he was rude and I don't know about his upbringing of treating people in this country. I served my country honorably and I respect my country and the people in it that work hard. Then he told me that I was not allowed in his dealership as long as he's a general manager after I have bought brand new vehicles from tally GMC and I have never had a problem until dealing with this rude individual he needs a lesson on treating people I don't know who he thinks he is. But somebody needs to let him know that he was insulting and people are not going to put up with his attitude he will push business away with his attitude. And yes he upset me and I raised my voice with good reason he insulted me and basically called me a liar arguing with me of the amount of vehicles I bought new from the company then he realized he screwed up after he upset me then he turned it around on me . I will never go back to Tully as long as Val goldenberg is present. More

I bought my 6th car at Tulley today and as usual it was a great experience. My salesperson today was Gloria Prosper. I had a fantastic car buying experience today with Ben Brown. I was under extremely tight time constraints when I arrived at the dealership, and Ben made sure the entire process from the test drive, to ag Brown. I recently had my BMW serviced at Tulley BMW in Nashua for the first time. It was a Saturday when the dealership is running on a skeleton crew but you would never know. Scheduled afternoon meeting to look at two used vehicles. Dealer prepped both vehicles and Gloria went over each vehicle with energy and patience. Tested one vehicle and talked turkey with Gloria and Bob and quickly agreed to a deal . They tried to bribe me with a bottle of water, but don't think that was the decider. Gloria and Matt did the paperwork and soon I was driving off in my first BMW. Merging onto route 3 South, I knew I had to get up to speed quickly and I learned its a good thing New Hampshire Troopers were not in the area. More
