I am very please with the service provided by Steve. A lot of paper work and negotiations have been done over the phone and e-mails. I came to dealer to introduce myself at the very beginning and later to lot of paper work and negotiations have been done over the phone and e-mails. I came to dealer to introduce myself at the very beginning and later to pick up my car when it came from Europe per my specs. The Steve was extremely responsive and fair. The price for my 535XI was great. I highly recommend this dealership and Steve as a sales person. More
My experience began with sales with Joe. Unlike other dealers, of more than BMW, I found Joe to be very informative without feeling pressured. Joe gave me useful feedback about choices, based apparently dealers, of more than BMW, I found Joe to be very informative without feeling pressured. Joe gave me useful feedback about choices, based apparently on an excellent personal experience and knowledge of the vehicles and options. While it is possible that with extended negotiation the final price might have dropped a little more, I was happy with the offer and this was also a no pressure situation. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been helpful, polite, immediately knowledgeable or redirecting to the available expert. Service has been a pleasure to deal with, though my needs for this new vehicle have been very limited. I have had more questions about an odd behavior in the iDrive and Kevin in service is to be commended for his diligence in investigating the matter with BMW. I would not hesitate for a moment to buy another BMW from Tulley. More
The team at Tulley BMW were great...especially this was the first time that my wife and I have purchased a BMW. I would especially highlight our experience with Leo Debrum and the Financing Manager (can't the first time that my wife and I have purchased a BMW. By far the best experience in abuying a new car. Their no BS way of doing business was a breath of fresh air for this car buying veteran. From the moment I told Len what I wanted until I close the deal - no BS way of doing business was a breath of fresh air for this car buying veteran. From the moment I told Len what I wanted until I close the deal - it was all very professional. I never once got the used car salesman attitude and it was appreciated. I highly reccomend them. More
I have purchased many vehicles over the years and have always been suspect of car dealers for many reasons. My recent experience at Tulley GMC by far has allayed those fears. I was greeted by friendly sal always been suspect of car dealers for many reasons. My recent experience at Tulley GMC by far has allayed those fears. I was greeted by friendly sales staff and allowed the opportunity to explain the needs I had in a new GMC truck. There was no pressure to buy that day although I had the intention to do so if the right deal was presented. I was allowed to test drive a few models for comparison without feeling that I had to buy or else. I cannot say the same for many of the other dealers I have purchased from in the past. I finalized my deal with figures that were less than I anticipated and more than fair with respect to other offers I had entertained. I visited Tulley based on friends recommending them and I will certainly thank them again. I am looking forward to a great relationship and based on how I have been treated thus far will probably be a loyal customer for many years to come. My salesman Dave Breault who has sold many vehicles to my associates over the years was genuine in his concern for my best interest and even handled all of the aftermarket add-ons personally so I could have my vehicle as quickly as possible. I am not one to use these types of feedback forums but was made aware of it by a family member and felt that a great experience should be shared. Thank you Tulleys, my sales guy Dave and Rick the business manager who made my buying experience a joy. More

We walked in Tulley's My wife and I and were greeted by a salesman named Carl Ingraham and he greeted both my wife and I with a handshake unlike the last couple of dealerships we had just visited. He then wel salesman named Carl Ingraham and he greeted both my wife and I with a handshake unlike the last couple of dealerships we had just visited. He then welcomed us to Tulley's and asked us what he could do for us on our visit to the dealership. We informed him that we were looking at quite a few crossover type vehicles in the market and wanted to test drive the GMC Terrain. He then pulled up the vehicle for a test drive and showed us the vehicle and off we all went on our test drive. Upon returning to the dealership Carl then asked what we thought of the vehicle and we stated that the vehicle was a little too small for what were really looking for and then he suggested the GMC Acadia the next step up in size and we informed him that we had just come from the Chevy dealership and test drove the Chevy Traverse and it was too big for us.Carl then replied have you ever considered the Mazda CX-9 in which is a perfect size between the 2 GM products we were considering and we replied that we haven't in which he then pulled up a Mazda CX-9 for us to look at. We were impressed with the size of the vehicle just what we were looking for. Carl then suggested a test drive of the vehicle.Needless to say we are now driving a 2010 Mazda CX-9 and totally love our new vehicle. Thank you Carl for listening to our vehicle needs and wants. We will recommend our friends and family to Carl and the Tulley dealership. More
Bought a new Mazda 5 from Tulley in 2008. Johnny K. and the dealership offered us a great deal and they have one of the better service departments around. Returned about a month ago and negotiated a deal w the dealership offered us a great deal and they have one of the better service departments around. Returned about a month ago and negotiated a deal we were happy with on a new Mazda 6 (0% financing and owner-loyalty cash through Mazda helped). We asked for an option add-on that wasn't readily available; returned a week after picking up the car and the work was completed in short order (they have a comfy waiting area with wireless access if you need to get work done while waiting, which I did). Everyone we've met at Tulley has been professional and easy to work with. More
I recently had my vehicle serviced at Tulley BMW, and I must say their professional, no-nonsense, straight forward approach was quite refreshing. Unlike other dealerships I have been to, for once, I was a must say their professional, no-nonsense, straight forward approach was quite refreshing. Unlike other dealerships I have been to, for once, I was able to have my vehicle serviced without the technicians finding (or creating) additional maladies. I am extremely pleased with my Tulley experience; though, I am even more pleased that I have finally found a dealership that I can rely on for all of my service needs. More
Brought my 2007 328xi in for a Service Engine Soon problem. They had the car for 5 days to replace the valve sensor and harness. That was fine, took a little longer than expected but fine. Picked up t problem. They had the car for 5 days to replace the valve sensor and harness. That was fine, took a little longer than expected but fine. Picked up the car and didn't think to inspect the body work because no body work was done in the first place, brought it home and found a big scratch on the lower back driver side of the sedan (side-skirt) !!! Looked like something scraped it like the head of a buffering machine with no pad on it. Called them immediately when I noticed and they told me to bring it back in the morning. Brought it back and talked to the Service Manager and he told me that it couldn't have happened at their shop or dealership. Are they serious???? He said that they have caused it because there was nothing there that could have cause a damage like that. It wasn't from a curb because right after I picked up the car, I drove it off there property and right onto the highway and then home. Then they said that the best they can do is split the cost with me. Really??? He had the shop estimate the total and it came to $366 and some change. I looked at the estimate and the part cost $33!!!!! Everything else was labor and paint!!!!!!!! LABOR AND PAINT IS COSTING $333 for a $33.00 PART!!!!!!! Not only that but now I have to bring the car back in because the Service Engine light came back on. More
