We were very quickly hooked on the car and Steve's great approach was a key factor. He followed the process through from beginning to end even after it went to the financial folks but he remained with us throughout. Since our purchase, any time we have had to bring it in for regualarly scheduled work or some minor issue, the service advisors and the service department staff have been phenomenal. They are quick, professional and solve whatever problem there is in a very timely manner. I have complete confidence in their work. Overall, our experiences with Tulley have been great. Paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently. Everyone that I have been in contact with has been helpful, polite, immediately knowledgeable or redirecting to the available expert. Service has been a pleasure to deal with, though my needs for this new vehicle have been very limited. I have had more questions about an odd behavior in the iDrive and Kevin in service is to be commended for his diligence in investigating the matter with BMW.
