I have been a Tulley fan for 7 years or more. My purpose for this visit was to buy a new car. I have worked with Frank in the past and was very pleased to learn he was still on their sales staff. There was absolutely none of that at Tulley with Nick...we ended up ordering a new car from Germany so that they could ensure I got everything I wanted in terms of color and options without having to pay a special premium for this service. He was very experienced with the ED program and worked closely with me in all aspects of the process keeping me informed along the way, which is very important because travel plans to Germany revolve around the car delivery date and everything must come together to make this successful. I've already taken delivery of the car and it is in the process of being shipped to Tulley BMW from Germany. There was absolutely none of the typical back-and-forth type of bargaining one expects when buying a car. No trips to the manager, no changing of options or prices. Some extras such as paint protection, wheel & tire extended warranty and such were offered in the finance office but absolutely not pushed in any way. All in all a very smooth easy process with which I was comfortable at every stage. Thank you Nick! More
