As far as buying a car goes, the experience was low stress. The model of the car I wanted wasn't in stock, so I had to order it, which ended up being okay because I got exactly what I wanted. My experience with Tulley BMW has been fantastic. I first went in looking for a used BMW M3. Leo DeBrum offered his help with trying to find this specific model (M3s are not easy to find). The day I went to pick it up I found the car in its own room at the dealership. The M3 looked brilliant. Next to it was a pedestal with text describing that they were happy to have reserved this car for "Mr. John Smith." I doubt they would do this for every model, but still, it really made the car feel unique, and made me feel like a million bucks. More
