I took my vehicle for an oil change. The mechanic that checked over my vehicle sent me the video of everything they checked. He mentioned that I had a bad tire due to alignment. When the service advisor came to tell me my vehicle was ready never mentioned anything that the tire was bad or I needed an alignment. It wasn't even mentioned on the paperwork. I don't know what type of communication they use but it stunk. Beware of communication. More

They act like they are the only place with cars- tried to rip me off on my trade in. Also the whole back and forth to the manager is so dated and obvious crap! He basically called me to tell me that he deserved a really good rating and that I should give him one even though it had been one cluster after another and he talked to me very condescendingly I was not impressed they act like they’re a family dealership and that you get extra special attention that’s just garbage. There are 1 million BMWs out there that you can find. I suggest you look elsewhere. More
