I started my Tully experience with Nicole. She was my contact through the online inquiry. She was friendly, responsive and appreciated! Once I choose “the one” Richard Jenkins took my son and I through the need to know BMW X5 quick book! He was super knowledgeable, made the experience comfortable answering any questions without hesitation. Then came the sales part. A good 5 hours after arriving we finally got to closing the sale. Seth Bridge was who we worked with. Another great compliment to the Tully family! He went over a recap of our request and where it stood. He explained all aspects of the transaction in a professional manner. I signed and was A happy 1st time BMW buyer. Throughout the process, my son and I were greeted by (I can only assume) the owner.
