Steve and I spoke over the phone several times and he described three vehicles in stock which matched my interests. BMW makes a fine automobile and Steve made the process of buying the vehicle easy and pleasurable. I can't say I'm looking forward to my next BMW because I like the one I have so very much, but I will say that I now get it when BMW says it is the ultimate driving machine. That set the right tone for me, and Nick didn't disappoint me when I did finally meet him in person. Very collaborative, low pressure - basically no sales BS. Although they didn't have the car I wanted on the lot, and I probably could have gotten the same one delivered to another dealership closer to my home, there was no question I was going to deal with Nick after we met with him the first time.
