The process with Frank Chafe went smoothly, and by ordering the car instead of taking one off the lot, I was able to stay within my lease budget. Frank met me halfway in these negotiations, and was very patient. Buying a high end car, one expects to be treated with respect, and I was. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. Paperwork with Emily Gallagher went smoothly, and, again, my questions were met with patience and a sense of humor. I would highly recommend Frank Chafe, and Tulley as a whole. More
