MY overall experience with Tulley was that of very poor customer service, no follow through, dishonesty, and disregard to customer complaints. I'm sure I can't speak for everyone in the dealership, after a customer service, no follow through, dishonesty, and disregard to customer complaints. I'm sure I can't speak for everyone in the dealership, after all one of the sales managers was very helpful. However,upon purchasing my new car the dealership did not give me more then one set of keys to my vehicle. Following up with them to resolve the issue has been a total slap in the face. One simple little task seams to be overly complicated for them and for the most part I've received nothing but attitude; especially from the service department. And to top it all off, they called me to tell me that if the key that is mailed to me gets lost that it'll be my responsibility and I'll have to pay for it myself...yet, it's the dealership that made the mistake and it's becoming my fault and responsibility to get an additional key for my 20k purchase. In addition to the key fiasco, I was told my first service 5k maintenance was free only to find out that the Sales Rep misinformed me and that they'd do me a favor and give me 50% off the service....seriously!? I was the one misinformed, and for such a small price shouldn't they have followed through with the mistake the Sales Rep made? The dealership was great to me when selling me my Mazda,and at first I was really excited to work with them. Unfortunately, once I signed the papers it’s been nothing but multiple issues of unsatisfactory customer service and I haven’t even owned my brand new car for more then a year. Totally disgusted. I was very impressed with my experience at your dealership. From viewing and test driving your vehicles to making a purchase your staff was nothing short of topnotch. Everything was presented to me in a professional manor and all my questions regarding my purchase were answered thoroughly. Frank Chafe extended the offer to contact him whenever I may need to in order to answer any future question I may regarding my new BMW. He also made an appointment with me so that I can come back to the dealership so we can go over my vehicle throughly with a technician so I understand all the options my new vehicle has to offer. Worked with Mike Ciano (in Jim Beal's absence) on a new lease for my wife's BMW. I had called Joe McDonough to set up a test drive and Mike had the correct car ready for a drive upon our arrival. He and Jo lease for my wife's BMW. I had called Joe McDonough to set up a test drive and Mike had the correct car ready for a drive upon our arrival. He and Joe worked a special lease turn-around deal very quickly and professionally. Mike did the leg work for the drive and selection on New Year's eve and we picked the car up 2 days later. Jeremy and Kevin clearly went the extra mile to provide us with a winter tire package on a recent new vehicle that came only with performance summer treads. We keep going back to Tulley because every sale/lease/service has been a positive experience and we consider these individuals to be good friends, who truly care about serving our best interests.
