I would highly recommend this dealership! This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. From the moment I walked in, I felt so comfortable. Mike our Sales Associate was knowledgeable and professional. I didn’t feel any pressure at all. He understood what we were looking for and took his time with us until we found the perfect car! Then we went over to financing and I thought, here we go! Well Matt was friendly and also very knowledgeable. He took his time reviewing the warranty options and discussed the pros and cons. Again no sales pressure. Nick then walked us through the car and even stayed late, after the dealership closed to make sure we felt comfortable with the car and all the features it had. This experience was the best I ever had with a car dealership. Again, I highly recommend and will definitely be back! Thank you Tully BMW! More

I just bought my third BMW X5 from "MY" personal Sales Consultant Gloria Prosper, and the Tulley Dealership. Gloria and I have a working history together, She knows my son and daughter who have accompanied me on my visits to purchase a vehicle. This has been a great learning experience for them. Buying a car is always a bit stressful, but I really appreciate the honest business relationship I have with Gloria. I feel I can be honest with her. I understand there is always negotiations to get through, but Gloria and the Tulley dealership have been willing to work with me and not pressure me into buying a vehicle that is out of my price range. I took my vehicle for an oil change. The mechanic that checked over my vehicle sent me the video of everything they checked. He mentioned that I had a bad tire due to alignment. When the service advisor came to tell me my vehicle was ready never mentioned anything that the tire was bad or I needed an alignment. It wasn't even mentioned on the paperwork. I don't know what type of communication they use but it stunk. Beware of communication. More

They act like they are the only place with cars- tried to rip me off on my trade in. Also the whole back and forth to the manager is so dated and obvious crap! Our salesman was ok but then when it took forev rip me off on my trade in. Also the whole back and forth to the manager is so dated and obvious crap! Our salesman was ok but then when it took forever to get our car because of a dealership error he was quite rude. He basically called me to tell me that he deserved a really good rating and that I should give him one even though it had been one cluster after another and he talked to me very condescendingly I was not impressed they act like they’re a family dealership and that you get extra special attention that’s just garbage. There are 1 million BMWs out there that you can find. I suggest you look elsewhere. More
