Work with Thoma IIo at Tulley BMW to purchase a new car. We were all over the place between a Total EV, or Hybrid or Gas. Car, test, sales person are great. Finance on the other hand are sneaky and unimpressed with tactics. Couldn't get the price negotiated if we wanted to pay cash due to kick backs wit Finance on the other hand are sneaky and unimpressed with tactics. Couldn't get the price negotiated if we wanted to pay cash due to kick backs with financing. Slipped extended warranty past my wife and when asked to remove, it was too late and could take a billing cycle or two to remove. Now paying interest on a service we didn't want in the first place. Our credit score is close to 840 and financed at over 6% knowing we are going to pay it off right away. They want 5 payments of financing but after all this, it will be paid off in one month. Worst experience ever from a fiance standpoint. Time to find another BMW dealership in the future and cash will be the only option. Live and learn. More
