His attention to detail and listening skills were a breath of fresh air. Rather than trying to sell us a car he was more focused on finding the perfect car for us. He kept stressing the most important part of the sales dept was to find the right car that fit all of the customers needs, lifestyle, and budget. When we were told price was the easiest part of the job we were very apprehensive. Believe it or not Tyler did not play any games with us. In the past at every other dealership I've purchased a vehicle from we had to deal with a lot of back and forth to get a fair deal. The entire experience from start to finish was laid back and we even had a lot of fun with Tyler. He knew the product and was understanding of all of our concerns. If we knew it would be this easy I would have bought a car 6 months ago. Overall this car buying experience was easier than I could of Imagined. Tyler, Bob Marcoux, and Joe Leonard were a breath of fresh air. I would recommend my friends and family to shop at Tulley for all of their automotive needs. More
"A really great buying experience" We did our research and visited many dealerships. We knew what we wanted and actually were not even considering BMW until we stopped in and spoke with Ajay Goyal. We told him what we were looking for and he directed us to the BMW 435i hardtop convertible. This is a really sharp looking car. He didn't have the exact car we wanted, but we tried one out and loved it, but still had one more car on our list to look at. He said go ahead, I'm not going to pressure you. We didn't really want to waste any more time, so, we sat down and talked. His manager, Val came over and introduced himself to us, he wanted to look at our car, we were trading. Ajay said, "we can custom order one for you". It is already in production, 1 week earlier than expected. It is exactly what we wanted, power, sporty and functional. We can't wait!!! More
A shocking experience.. I am not one to go on the Web and hate on someone or a company, but this place needs to be called out. This is actually my first time writing a negati I am not one to go on the Web and hate on someone or a company, but this place needs to be called out. This is actually my first time writing a negative review on anything, and I usually don't pay attention to reviews. But I probably should have paid attention to the 1 star reviews this place got before we went there. Literally, the worst dealership I've ever experienced. The people who gave 5 stars are either employees faking the accounts, or customers that are not aware of what customer service should be. The only positive I can say is that I had a pleasant experience speaking with Monica in the Internet sales department when I originally called the dealership, but other than that, my wife and I came in contact with someone we had to hunt down to greet us (even though we had an appointment), and a random sales guy named Carl Ingraham who quite literally was the single worst salesman I've ever seen. The person who greeted us walked us to a waiting area, said "hello, nice to meet you, Drew, follow me" and completely ignored my wife. Great start. We sat down, and the sale rep who said they would be there for our appointment and had our whole story plus all info was not there. So we get stuck with this guy Carl. We sit down and explain our whole story, what we want to trade and what we want to get into for a new car. We asked to take a test drive, he looked at his inventory and said "What you want isn't here unfortunately. How about we just wait and see what the value of your trade is gonna be before we do anything. Let's not waste each other's time." Wow dude, you really want my business!! Eventually, after sitting there killing time talking with him awkwardly, he gets up, goes and gets the paper the used car manager gives him for a quote on our Cx9. He comes back. He says, "you might wanna keep your car for awhile, you ain't gonna like it." He tells us the value, and we were shocked since other Mazda dealers in the area we visited prior came above that by at least a few grand. And this is supposed to be one of the biggest Mazda dealerships in new England! We of course tell him that. He replies with, "Well, you might wanna take them up on that offer!" He then stands up, shakes our hands as we're saying "ok?" and tells us our car is out and to the left. "Have a good day!" he says. My wife and I were in such shock that it literally took us all the way until we got home to realize what craziness just happened. I figured I'd call Monica the next day since she was the original one I talked to. She was just as shocked as I was. I did not want to get her in the middle of it, so I asked her to transfer me to the sales manager, Mr Joe Cordaro. Apparently, Carl was notified that I wasn't happy, and decided to cover his behind and lied to the manager and Monica about what transpired, saying that we left and we didn't give him a chance to see what he could do for us! That was to be expected. Anyway, Mr Cordaro decided he would just let me vent and hear my side of the story when he conveniently called me back. I'd say he did absolutely nothing for me. Didn't tell me to come in so they could remedy the situation, didn't apologize or seem concerned at all, didn't seem like he wanted my business and or wanted to make sure we didn't go to a competitor over them... Nothin! He of course said he would look into it. I haven't heard anything back. Seriously people, save yourselves a horrible experience. I dug around and went in person to 3 dealerships that will treat you way better. North Shore Mazda is on the top of my list, and will be who we trade with and lease with (oh ya, they're giving us 5K more for our car than Tulley), Lannan is decent, and Quirk is good. Thanks so much for the pleasant experience guys! More

Overall af I had the pleasure, and I do mean pleasure of dealing with Tyler Seifert, he and the entire staff were professional, helpful, and honest. Overall after 45 years of buying and leasing autos this has been the most painless, and truly enjoyable venture. All I can say is if you are in the market for a BMW, these are the folks, and you wont find many sales reps or client advisors as good as Tyler Seifert. More

I also like to track the vehicle so when I needed VIN and shipping info, I received info from dealership upon request. When vehicle arrived at dealership I was promptly informed and I picked day and time for pickup, which they confirmed. Car was beautiful and ready for delivery when I arrived and it was locked so no one could get inside as it had a whole 6 miles on it. The finance paperwork was straight forward and they kept to exactly what had been agreed to (no hidden paperwork fees were added at last second). Time will tell as to how they treat me going forward when I need support, however my experience is they will do well. More

Prior to going to Tully I tired 2 other BMW Dealerships Tully exceeded my expectations. I had been talking to 2 other regional BMW dealerships and we could not get to the deal I was hoping for, but Rodney Tully exceeded my expectations. I had been talking to 2 other regional BMW dealerships and we could not get to the deal I was hoping for, but Rodney Mathews and his management team took the time to listen, understand, and more importantly make the deal work for me. As long as you're paying for repairs, it's a great place BMW USA sold me an automobile and an extended warranty on the vehicle. They would not honor their new car warranty over the last 3 years and will not BMW USA sold me an automobile and an extended warranty on the vehicle. They would not honor their new car warranty over the last 3 years and will not honor the extended warranty at this time. 1. BMW USA told me that the battery was “not not” covered. 2. Tulley BMW told me in 2012: ” we don’t replace batteries under warranty” 3. Tomkinson BMW told me in 2013: ” we’ll reset the battery fault light, ignore it, and it’ll stop blinking in the spring time” 4. Tulley BMW’s service manager told me in 2015: ” the battery is enormous and that we’ll cut some customers a deal on a new battery but we don’t replace batteries, because they are a wear and tear item” 5. BMW USA finally explained to me that: “it is your fault that you ran down your battery by leaving the automobiles’ lights on all night” I never left the lights on during the night. Corporate offers the warranty but then forbids the dealership from honoring it by refusing to reimburse the dealership for the repairs. The consumer gets squeezed in the middle and corporate makes unearned profit off the warranty and the dealerships socks it to the consumer for the cost of the new battery and labor of around $650. It’s a sophisticated scam because each side blames the other and as the consumer you get taken in coming and going. More
