I've had a mixed bag of experiences with Tulley. They can be quite good in some aspects but I also experience some of the worst/shadiest practices at their dealership. The last two transactions I They can be quite good in some aspects but I also experience some of the worst/shadiest practices at their dealership. The last two transactions I completed at Tulley were leases - both about week apart in 2021. As part of both leases I worked pricing for zero money down beyond the first months payment which is always going to be due. In both cases - the salesman told me they would be taking the first months payment via credit card up front and then I would be working with financing. In both cases - with two different finance folks, the finance folks tried to slip another first months payment at contract time. The paperwork was written up to treat the initial "first months" payment as a down payment. Took some battling to get it corrected both times. Now - if this were a single occurrence or if I wasn't firm on the terms of the deal I would chalk it up to miscommunication - but I was extremely firm with there being 0 down payment both times and worked with two different advisors and had the same practice attempted. Take care when finalizing numbers here. More

Vinnie, our salesman, and Ke-Shawn on the finance team were awesome. All questions were answered and we were in and out with a gorgeous certified pre-owned in a matter of hours. They even dealt with returning my lease-end Honda to a dealership so I didn't have to. I couldn't recommend Tulley more for someone looking for a vehicle upgrade and a smooth, straightforward process. Thank you very much! More

The general sales manager Val Goldenberg and I chatted it up a few times, you’ll always see him flying around the showroom making sure everyone is enjoying their experience. We’ve been Tulley BMW customers for a long time and always had an outstanding experience. It’s been a while since I posted a review for them, but I feel they truly deserve a shout out for their continu always had an outstanding experience. This time was a bit different for us since we were trading in one of our BMWs for a GMC truck and upgrading a lease on another BMW. The lease upgrade was as smooth as ever. Jim found me a car that suited my needs, Val worked his magic to accommodate my financial requests, and Reid finalized the purchase. They are the BEST! We’ve never worked with Tulley GMC team before, but they were just as good! Cam, you are doing an awesome job! Keep it up! Jordan, I think you will be a GREAT salesman.
