What a pleasure it was to work with Gloria Prosper. I had very specific requirements for the features that I was looking for. I was a real pain. She was diligent in locating exactly what I was looking for and called me in for a test drive. She carefully explained that I could have this custom-built, but there would be a long-time delay. The car she found had it all. Then, of course, there was a discussion about cost, extras, etc. Val Goldenberg came over and made the whole deal work. Being out of state, I thought I would have to do a lot of running around. Nope. They took care of the whole process. Gloria called when it was all registered, etc, and said, "Pick it up." Of course, all of these new features were a bit overwhelming, but Nathan Emerson (the BMW "Genius") was quite patient with me and got me up and running. Just a great experience, and the car is wonderful. PS Kudos to Carl Denton in service who had been a great help with my previous BMW and also gave me a few pointers on this new one. More
This review is a little overdue. I’ve had my new BMW X3, my very first BMW, since May 2023. I had never stepped into a BMW dealership before and was in the back of my mind expe I’ve had my new BMW X3, my very first BMW, since May 2023. I had never stepped into a BMW dealership before and was in the back of my mind expecting perhaps a hard sell. Going into Tulley was the best decision I made. There was no pressure at all and everyone was wonderful to work with. Kyle Baxter was my sales consultant. He was fabulous with answering all of my questions and when he wasn’t sure of something it was never an issue. The Tulley team works as a team and he got me the answers that I needed. Last year, the X3’s were in short supply, so I had to take a car that was already on its way in. Kyle worked with me to find a car that met my needs, features, and color, and worked a great deal for me. Working with Kyle, Val Goldenberg, the sales manager, and Jake Dolliver, the Finance Consultant, I got a great deal on my trade-in, financing, and warranty service package. They really went the distance, and bent over a little backwards to help me figure out that I could really afford a BMW! Once the order was in, Kyle stayed on top of it to keep me posted on when the car would arrive. I could call, text, or email any of these guys and always got answers in response. I’m a technology guy and appreciate well executed implementations. The BMW's are very advanced automobiles and the have the latest connectivity features. For me, an Android guy, this was really important and was part of the decision that drove me to look at the BMW X3. My previous car worked ok with my Android phone but the X3 takes it to another level. The integration is great and very easy to use. But to understand all of that, I was able to enlist the help of the Tulley BMW Genius team. Zach Dirsa answered my technical questions and got me answers when he wasn’t sure. He also did my car delivery and helped me get it set up to drive off the delivery floor. I have since talked to other members of the Genius Team and they are all very good and willing to help at any time. As you have read, I used the term “team” a bunch of times in this review. Tulley really is a team effort. They are always there to help the customer. The support from the sales and support team didn’t end when they handed me the keys. I know that if I have an issue they will step up to help me. Whenever I walk into the showroom for one reason or another, I'm always greeted with smiles and usually by name. They make me feel at home there. Now almost a year later I will be bringing my X3 in for my first service. I expect that I will have the same level of support from the Service Department as I had from the Sales and Support Teams. All in all, I love my BMW X3 and pinch myself when I open the door to the garage and see the X3 sitting there. I never thought I would own one. It drives like a dream and has everything I need to make the drive safe, comfortable, and a pleasure every time I drive it. If you have never thought that you could afford a BMW luxury car, take a walk into Tulley and let them help you figure out how to make that dream happen. You might be pleasantly surprised as I was. I have bought multiple cars from Tulley BMW over the last 25 years. I have probably bought 15 cars from Val Goldberg , Joe Macintosh and crew over the years. Val is a gentleman through and through. He builds personal relationships with his customers and treats them with respect and appreciation. He goes above and beyond to accommodate his customers. I have never been disappointed. So much so all of my children have bought cars from Val. I can’t speak highly enough of him. He treats us all like family. It’s a tough act to follow given the difficult nature of the job. Buying a car can be an emotionally charged experience but Val makes it easy. Joe Macintosh is our go to client advisor. He is an amazing young man. He doesn’t engage in any high pressure sales tactics. He is responsive, courteous, knowledgeable and more than anything makes you comfortable with the whole process. I would not go to any other dealership if you are in the market for a BMW. More

Gloria is very personable and knowledgeable, and we felt totally comfortable and informed from the initial meeting to the final sale. Based on what we discussed about what we were looking for in a used car Gloria very accurately identified the X3 that met our needs very well. Both in her office and walking around the car she described the highlights of the X3. During the test drive (both my wife and I drove the car) Gloria continued to explain the capabilities of the car in a thorough and understandable manner, answering our questions as they came up. Gloria has our highest recommendation for anyone who may be considering purchasing a BMW. When we are ready to trade in the X3, we absolutely will be contacting Gloria again. Kathy and Rick More

Never felt pressure like other dealers, never felt like I was being treated wrong. Everything from making an appointment to taking delivery of my car was 5/5!! I live almost 2hrs away from them and would make the drive again no problem! More

When it comes to great customer service and auto service, I can not recommend a better place. I used to own a Mercedes for 10 years and have not had service like this before. Very easy going, not pushy at all. I got a great price, the deal went super smooth. Ke-shawn Alexander in Finance was amazing, super quick to go over things, as we all know it can take forever to go over everything but he was right to the point and could answer any questions that I had. Lastly the best part, Nick Mcmaster from the service department! Very accommodating with my rental, in communication with me every step of the way. As I am very picky about things, he was able to meet my expectations. I live over an hour away and would drive there just because of the service. Thank you BMW Tilly! More
