My husband and I recently purchased an X5 from Gloria Prosper at Tulley BMW in Nashua and couldn't be happier. Gloria really went above and beyond. She was professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to work with. We never felt pressured at any point in the process. We had looked at, researched, and test-driven multiple X5s from multiple other dealerships in surrounding states, but Tulley and Gloria made the deal happen. We needed a tow hitch added to the car and Gloria was able to make a service appointment for us just two days later with a loaner car (we live quite far from the dealership). We had previously purchased a BMW from a dealer closer to where we live and they were never able to provide a loaner car without at least 3-4 weeks notice, yet Tulley accommodated us just two days later. Since our purchase, any time that we've called with questions Gloria and the service team have handled our questions quickly and professionally, proving that their professionalism and service doesn't end once the deal is done. After our service visit we asked Gloria a question related to our tow hitch and she and Jay both came out to the car to show us a few things. Everyone there is just really willing to go the extra mile. In a time where it seems customer service is lacking everywhere, I give Gloria and Tulley my highest recommendation and sincerest thanks. Unprofessional Staff is an understatement I went to purchase a car on Friday 9/20/19. I made it known that I was a cash buyer. After my test drive, I wanted to place a deposit on the vehicle w I went to purchase a car on Friday 9/20/19. I made it known that I was a cash buyer. After my test drive, I wanted to place a deposit on the vehicle while I talked to my wife, who was unavailable. My salesman went and spoke with the Sales Manager, Val, about processing the deposit. Val responded by berating my salesman for over 2 minutes about how Tulley doesn't accept deposits. I was over 20 feet away and could clearly hear the conversation and could see Val shaking his finger in the salesman's direction numerous times. I knew that the salesman was new, so I was cutting him some slack. The fact that Val, as a manager, lacks any sort of professionalism made my decision that I would never do business with Tulley BMW. More
