Awful Service Experience Absolutely horrible experience with their service department, their lack of communication was astounding, the person I dealt with was beyond rude, ign Absolutely horrible experience with their service department, their lack of communication was astounding, the person I dealt with was beyond rude, ignored me at points, and flat out lied to me saying they couldn't do something because it was "illegal" which it absolutely was not. Wasted over 2 hours of my time AND THEY NEVER EVEN INSPECTED MY CAR! Be warned, apparently they do too much business and customer service is not a priority for them. More

They make sure they fully understand any concerns you have and work issues until they are resolved in a satisfactory manor. Joe the shop Forman will not hesitate to take time out of his busy day to talk with you, or even take a ride with you in the car to discuss concerns. You can tell he takes pride in the product and has as much passion for the brand as I do. Nick is a super friendly service advisor that will always dig into issues, keep you calm, and keep you well informed throughout any service events. His customer service is really top notch and the Tulley Service experience as a whole is just awesome from top to bottom. Great team, I highly recommend. More
