I bough my X3 here, brought my cars here for services too. Recently have my 5 series for service and check out the abnormal loud “whopping noise” on the back of the engine. When I picked up the vehicle too. Recently have my 5 series for service and check out the abnormal loud “whopping noise” on the back of the engine. When I picked up the vehicle, the loud engine noise is still there. The service advisor and the technician confirmed that and want to compare it with other 5 series. It has been over a month since, the abnormal engine noise getting loud and louder each morning, I try many ways, text, email and voicemail, to follow up with the issue but no response. It is really unprofessional. Not bring my cars here again More

I had a scheduled appointment with Gloria to see a vehicle in the morning. Gloria was patient, understanding, and listened to my all my preferences and needs. Together, we found a similar vehicle that better fit my needs. However, it was located at the Manchester, NH location. No problem according to Gloria! She coordinated the showing on the spot and we drove together to the Manchester Dealership where I was able to test drive the car back to Nashua. Gloria was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered my many questions on it, remaining patient and friendly throughout. I ended up purchasing that vehicle after a trade-in at a very reasonable deal and drove home my new car that same day.
