Darla was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. When the sales guy told me about the call we'd receive I thought for sure it would be a sales pitch about subscriptions, or service, or so friendly. Spoke with Artie Gonzales the service manager about standing by the Subaru brand and providing an initial routine service check and he said the service agreements are not transferable. Man did they tak standing by the Subaru brand and providing an initial routine service check and he said the service agreements are not transferable. Man did they take that original owner for a ride. He paid extra to maintain his brand new Forester and ended up trading it in at the Honda dealership and taking a loss on it rather than deal with the service department. I was told a story about why he traded his vehicle in that does not correlate with the number of times he took his Subaru to the service department. Unfortunately, I found this out after I bought the vehicle. Not impressed with this dealership or service department at all. I’m definitely not recommending Tucson Subaru to anyone. More
