Tucson Subaru's Jason was my service advisor for my recent visit. My 2013 Outback gave up the ghost so I had Tucson Towing take my ride to the dealership. Jason took charge once the tow trucker technician handed the keys to him. I explained my predicament to Jason and he immediately suspected the battery as being the culprit. Upon finalizing the repairs and additional services that I request to be done, Jason introduced me to Phil who got me in a loaner vehicle instead of a rental vehicle. I picked my Outback up this afternoon after finalizing payment for services rendered and a summary of services performed on my ride. Thank You Jason and all of the team members at Tucson Subaru. More
