I was upset that I would have to pay a diagnostic fee on top of the part and labor cost to repair the issue. Monica was able to convince mgmt to waive the fee. I worked with Monica who went above and beyond to find a solution for my travel arangements while we waited for a part to come in later than hoped due to covid delays.
