I would like to thank Jessie from Tucson Subaru for the exceptionally great service at my last appointment. From arranging to have me shuttled back home to wait, calling me to update me on my vehicle, talk exceptionally great service at my last appointment. My husband passed away almost three years ago and I am told over and over not to trust service at dealerships. I assure everyone that I never once have been pressured to do anything there. I did not have an appointment as I was unaware of how the process worked at the dealership, but the staff got me in and took care of my car.
