I am very sorry about the amount of time it took to replace your tire. It was a road hazard claim which is administered by NSD Corporation and we cannot proceed with any repairs until they give us an authorization number, which can take some time. They require pictures, tread depth, dot numbers, prior repair order or invoice from when the tires were originally purchased, etc. We absolutely try to do everything as quickly as we can but correctly. However, with claims such as this, we are at the mercy of the warranty company. I am sorry if that was not explained to you correctly. We do our best to make sure no customer has to wait too long.
