I went in for an Oil and Filter change. The staff was very nice. I received updates and explanation of what was what. I do have a few COMMENTS: 1) I thought 1 1/2+ hrs was a little long f The staff was very nice. I received updates and explanation of what was what. I do have a few COMMENTS: 1) I thought 1 1/2+ hrs was a little long for a scheduled Oil and filter. 2) When I got home, I noticed that the tire depth on the summary sheet did NOT match what I saw on the tech electronic device. 3 tires were rounded down to the lowest. Example, the lowest was maybe 6.5 mm, while the other were higher 7++mm. The sheet said all 4 were 6.5 mm. Very interesting. 3) Now if you are going to test my windshield wipers and washers. How about cleaning the windshields (front and back), the way there were when I came in. Yep picky picky. More

Chris was attentive and courteous the moment that he greeted me at my car. He made sure to go over my results from my service with me and made sure I understand where my vehicle stands in terms of maint greeted me at my car. This was a very helpful session to get to know our Subaru better. Darla was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got a lot of features setup and explained to us. Drivers seldom sit in a car and go through men better. Darla was very knowledgeable and friendly. We got a lot of features setup and explained to us. Drivers seldom sit in a car and go through menus, so having this session with Darla was a perfect opportunity to learn more with someone to help do the 'menu directions'.
