Best in class service I had a little difficulty initially getting service for my Subaru due to some issues with my vehicle (missing a tire). After getting over some of our I had a little difficulty initially getting service for my Subaru due to some issues with my vehicle (missing a tire). After getting over some of our initial issues, the service department at this dealership ultimately delivered the best in class service that I was expecting. I am very pleased with how my car is running and it was much less expensive than I was expecting. It also took less time than I have experienced in the past (needed parts always arrived the next day at a reasonable price instead of 2 days from now or with the truck order next week). Highly recommended. More

From the start to the finish we were very pleased with the ease and speed of the buying, financing and servicing processes. CJ quickly figured out what we were after and got us a match with the color and trim level we wanted. We knew we wanted the Eye Sight safety package and would not go without it. Financing cars sometimes feels longer than closing on a house mortgage. Come to think about it, our 2017 Outback did cost more than our first house. The last time we financed through the dealership was fast, I believe we were out in less than 1 hour with the add ons we wanted. The service on our cars has been fantastic. They've come in on time. Not only that, but they've managed to get our car serviced and ready for us to go before it was even time for our appointment. We've had great luck with all of the service folks but Dan Ford remains our favorite. Not used this time but the shuttle drivers have been fantastic. More

Catalytic Converter Repair Go figure just days after paying off my car the catalytic converter went. But Dan and the entire Tucson Subaru team made it all okay. Dan was super helpful from start to finish and found a way to make the repair cost FAR better than I had anticipated. He worked creatively to get the car repaired same day, not impact my work day during and all at a cost far less than I expected. I will only take my car here now for repairs. Thank you! More

I do understand that sometimes people have a bad day (or days in this case), and the manager assured me that the problem has been addressed and that they will take steps to prevent this kind of thing in the future, but I'm still frustrated that mistakes were made on two different occasions. Had I not had any issues the second time getting my car back, I would have given this service center 4 or 5 stars for Quality of Work, and 5 overall. That being said, I can't recommend this service center yet, but I am willing to give them a chance to earn back my trust. I changed my overall rating from 1 to 4 stars (they have handled this issue professionally, and I am not dissatisfied with my overall service, but I still can't give them an excellent because of all this), and changed the Quality of Work from 1 to 3 stars (I feel relatively confident that Ernie fixed the problem that my last dealer couldn't) . My original ratings of "Poor" were probably unfair. **Original review** This has easily been the most frustrating experience I've ever had with a dealer. Let me start off by saying that my experience with the Service Rep was excellent. Jade Hillard did me a solid by helping me out even though I was mistaken by the times the service shop was open, and rolled in 5 minutes after closing time. She stayed late even though she had a birthday party she was supposed to be going to. I am thankful for her and I have zero complaints about her customer service. However, the quality of the maintenance I received was the worst I've ever encountered. When I brought my car in, I made sure to point out that my car had been worked on at another Subaru dealership 3 different times for the sound my clutch was making. When I got my car back, the sound was still there. Upon reading the maintenance summary, they did the exact thing that the other dealer had done... twice. That solution obviously wasn't the correct solution, but they apparently didn't bother to check the service history on my car. Furthermore, my turn signal blinkers were completely inoperable. Apparently the relay for the turn signals got broken sometime during service. After making the 40 minute trip to and from my house for the 3rd time, I finally get my car back, only to discover that the center vent is not working. ...The likely culprit for this would be the instrument panel duct that was sitting on my passenger seat (!!!!). There is clearly a need for an in-depth review of the QA practices in this shop. I do not want to bring my car to this shop ever again. I would rather drive to Phoenix or somewhere even further to get service than bring it back to this shop. *However, credit where credit is due: The mechanic (Ernie) to came out to hear the sound my clutch was making was able to diagnose it's likely source based off the sound and my maintenance history (fancy that...). The problem appears to be fixed, but in the previous times I got my car back at the other dealer, the problem seemed to be fixed but then came back in a week or two. So I will give tentative kudos to that mechanic, for now. More
